Caring for our Country provides more than $2 billion in funding over five years from 1 July 2008 to June 2013. Here are some of the projects that have been funded.
Business plan 2009-10 successful projects
$403 million in funding to a wide range of organisations to undertake environmental and sustainable farming projects.
Caring for our Country - 2008 funding
These projects were funded under Community Coastcare, Environmental Stewardship, National Reserve System, Caring for our Country Open Grants, Reef Rescue, Threatened Species Network Community Grants and Working on Country.
Pre 2008 Australian Government funded projects
Natural resource management projects funded prior to Caring for our Country.
